        One of Concert Blast’s favorite band, Train, performed in Nashville, TN at the Ryman Auditorium on Good Friday, April 2nd, 2010 and the guys were there to enjoy the show while writing the concert review for a podcast.

        On this particular night, all 4 members of the Concert Blast team were together to start the podcast, but on the concert  review portion of the podcast, James Downing had a Meet & Greet VIP Pass to meet the band members after the show while Mike, Brian, and Tom recorded the concert review.

        This is the best setlist and most energetic performance the guys had seen Train perform, although it wasn’t as energetic as the Pat Monahan Solo Tour.

            Here is a popular podcast from 2006 re-edited.  Mike Arnold, Brian Hasbrook, and Tom Thompson created this Music Discussion podcast of songs that begin with a Drum Beat.  We begin the show by taking turns naming songs from various artists, reading emails from our listeners, and then played a game of “Name That Tune” by the Drum Beat Intro.

                Concert Blast reviewed the George Thorogood Concert in Nashville, TN at the Wildhorse Saloon on St. Patrick’s Day.  Brian Hasbrook was on hand to take the photos.  Brian was restricted with the the first two songs from the 2nd floor at the Sound Board.  Thanks to Brian’s camera lens, the shots are still good ones.

                    It was St. Patrick’s Day and the Wildhorse Saloon served up a great party for about 1,500 rock music fans while George Thorogood and the Destroyers provided the entertainment, which thrilled everyone in attendance.  Mike Arnold, Brian Hasbrook, and James Downing were there to cover the show (Tom Thompson was sick).

                    There were technical difficulties while recording at the venue, so Mike later recorded a podcast of the concert review.  Click the link below to download (right click-Save Target As…) or listen to the podcast online.

                                It was Valentine’s Day weekend as Rick Springfield made another appearance to Nashville, TN to perform two nights at the Wildhorse Saloon.  Concert Blast photographer Brian Hasbrook was on hand to take photos again this year on Saturday, February 13th.  As a special request from Rick’s former bandmate, Jack White (not from the White Stripes) who happened to be in town, Brian also took photos of Jack singing ”Mustang Sally” on Rick’s encore.

                                    Concert Blast interviewed Rick Springfield before his Wildhorse Saloon Sold-Out performance in Nashville, TN.  Mike Arnold, Brian Hasbrook, and Tom Thompson spent some time with Rick Springfield discussing his live show, Nashville, performing Cover Songs, Acting, Embarassments, his upcoming Autobiography, and the Rick Springfield Cruise.

                                    Special Thanks to James Downing and Terri Gibson for running the video cameras and for making this the first video podcast for Concert Blast.  Enjoy this short interview with Rick Springfield!

                                        Night Ranger was part of the Can’t Stop Rocking tour with REO Speedwagon and Styx.   Click the link below to see some great shots of Night Ranger during their set.  We felt that Night Ranger had the best set with the most energy of the night.  Enjoy these photos from Brian Hasbrook, James Downing, and some unknown contributors from their concert.
